Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Experience in a school-based setting preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Passion for working with elementary-aged students and diverse populations

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for elementary school students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans/interventions
  • Deliver direct therapy services in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and IEP teams to support student goals
  • Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Provide education and resources to staff and families regarding speech-language development
