Desired Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Openings for SLPs holding Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
- SLPA candidates must meet state requirements for education and certification
- Experience or strong interest in the school setting is preferred
- Exceptional communication, reliability, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate efficiently with educators, families, and support staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in group and individual sessions
- Conduct evaluations and develop IEPs in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Maintain thorough documentation of student progress toward individualized goals
- Consult with teachers and parents to promote language and communication development in the classroom
- Participate in student support and IEP meetings as a speech-language expert
