Step into a dynamic educational environment as a Speech-Language Pathologist, where you’ll play a vital role supporting elementary students’ communication and language development. This is a full-time, onsite position offering the chance to partner closely with faculty and staff in a vibrant school setting through the end of the 2026-2027 academic year.
In this contract role, you’ll manage a full elementary caseload, and your expertise will help make a significant difference in students’ academic and social success. The assignment begins as soon as possible and runs through late May 2027, with further caseload details to be provided.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Georgia
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous experience in a school-based SLP setting strongly preferred
- Skilled in evaluation and treatment of elementary-aged students
- Ability to collaboratively design and implement IEPs
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to elementary students
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings as a contributing member of the multidisciplinary team
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Foster positive relationships with students, families, and school personnel
Additional Details:
- Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours per week, onsite at an elementary school
- Assignment runs ASAP through May 28, 2027
