Desired Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license required
- SLP certification from the Department of Education
- Experience in school settings is strongly preferred
- Must complete required fingerprinting for credentialing within specified timelines
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for working with diverse student populations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students, primarily in the elementary age group
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educational teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student progress
- Document and maintain compliance with state and district reporting requirements
- Communicate effectively with families, staff, and other team members to support student success
- Adjust to changing needs and caseloads as assignments may vary
