Qualifications & Experience:
- Active or pending state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- SLP-CCC preferred; candidates in their Clinical Fellowship (SLP-CF) are encouraged to apply
- Experience in pediatric therapy within school or healthcare settings highly valued
- School-based SLPs and SLPAs with relevant background are welcome
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a school-based support team
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students from diverse backgrounds
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide both direct and indirect therapy services in compliance with IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to maximize student communication success in educational settings
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation and progress tracking
- Attend and actively participate in meetings, including IEP and eligibility meetings as needed
- Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to support staff when appropriate
