Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active or pending state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
  • SLP-CCC preferred; candidates in their Clinical Fellowship (SLP-CF) are encouraged to apply
  • Experience in pediatric therapy within school or healthcare settings highly valued
  • School-based SLPs and SLPAs with relevant background are welcome
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a school-based support team

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students from diverse backgrounds
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and provide both direct and indirect therapy services in compliance with IEPs
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to maximize student communication success in educational settings
  • Maintain thorough, timely documentation and progress tracking
  • Attend and actively participate in meetings, including IEP and eligibility meetings as needed
  • Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to support staff when appropriate
