Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active or eligible state licensure as issued by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is highly valued
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capable of both independent and collaborative work within a multidisciplinary team setting
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for students presenting with speech and language difficulties
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Provide direct therapy addressing a variety of speech and language goals
- Track, monitor, and document student progress with precision and care
- Foster productive relationships with teachers, staff, and allied health professionals to ensure holistic support
- Actively educate and involve families throughout the therapy process to maximize positive outcomes
