Two full-time roles are available for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) credentials. Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid California SLP License and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
  • Proficient in evaluating and treating a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations
  • Develop individualized education program (IEP) goals tailored to student needs
  • Provide direct therapy services for students, either within a middle school setting or across two elementary campuses
  • Consult with teachers and families to support student learning and progress
  • Maintain accurate, timely records and documentation in compliance with educational and legal standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to teams addressing students’ holistic needs
