Two full-time roles are available for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) credentials. Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid California SLP License and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Proficient in evaluating and treating a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations
- Develop individualized education program (IEP) goals tailored to student needs
- Provide direct therapy services for students, either within a middle school setting or across two elementary campuses
- Consult with teachers and families to support student learning and progress
- Maintain accurate, timely records and documentation in compliance with educational and legal standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to teams addressing students’ holistic needs
