School Speech Language Pathologist - Sonoma, California

Two full-time positions are available: one serving a dedicated middle school caseload, and the other supporting two elementary sites, both within a supportive educational setting near Sonoma, CA.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid licensure to practice as an SLP in California
• Previous experience in school settings preferred, especially with middle school or elementary populations
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Strong commitment to supporting diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students per IEP goals
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and write comprehensive reports
• Develop individualized education program (IEP) goals, participate in meetings, and collaborate with teachers and families
• Consult with classroom staff on strategies for communication support
• Maintain accurate session notes and documentation in compliance with district and legal requirements
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment that helps each student thrive
