School Speech Language Pathologist - Sonoma, CA

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license for California
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Recent experience in school settings preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and collaborate with educators and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group speech-language therapy to students with a range of needs
• Complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress
• Document sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Partner with teachers and other professionals to support student IEP goals
• Offer guidance and resources to families and staff on speech and language development
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions as needed
