Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Valid California SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior experience with elementary school populations preferred
• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities
• Strong organizational and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to elementary-aged students in both individual and group settings
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment goals and intervention plans tailored to each student's needs
• Collaborate with general and special education teachers, support staff, and families for integrated student care
• Monitor, document, and report on student progress towards IEP goals
• Participate in school-based meetings, including IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Engage students in creative, engaging activities to strengthen communication skills
