Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language challenges
  • Design and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions supporting speech, language, and communication goals
  • Maintain precise, ongoing documentation of student progress and adjust plans as needed
  • Partner closely with teachers, clinicians, and families to ensure the best outcomes for each child
  • Offer education and support to families, encouraging participation in the therapy process

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • School-based or pediatric experience, especially in educational settings, is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team

To meet the requirements, candidates must hold or be eligible for state licensure and have a master’s degree (or higher) in Speech-Language Pathology.
