Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid state licensure and certification as an SLP
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage documentation and IEPs efficiently
  • Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative mindset

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
  • Deliver therapy and intervention services in a K-12 school environment
