What you'll need:

  • Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Previous experience in a school setting is desirable, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, staff, and families
  • Commitment to in-person service delivery

Key responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct therapy and intervention to students
  • Track progress and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents/guardians
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams as needed
