In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Key Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license for Indiana, or eligible for licensure.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Experience supporting school-age children, ideally across various grade levels.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Passion for fostering students’ communication and academic growth.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and direct therapy for K-12 students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ specific goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to support student progress.
• Maintain timely, accurate records and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.
• Deliver engaging sessions that promote confidence and communication skills in students.
• Consult with classroom staff to support generalization of skills within the educational setting.
