Step into an engaging contract opportunity supporting students across K-12th grade as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist in the vibrant community near South Bend, IN. The position offers a consistent 35-hour workweek during the 2026-2027 school year, with your assignment running from August 10, 2026, through May 28, 2027.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP license valid in Indiana
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY candidates are welcome
  • Experience with school-age children, preferably supporting K-12th grade
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, parents, and ancillary staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments for students in general and special education
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct therapy services both individually and in small groups
  • Track student progress, adjust interventions as needed, and maintain thorough documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
  • Serve as a resource for staff and parents to support student success
