Key Qualifications:
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Prior experience working in school settings or with pediatric caseloads strongly preferred
- Proficiency with IEP documentation and progress reporting
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers to support student success
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language interventions tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Develop and implement IEP goals in partnership with school teams
- Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, student progress, and compliance records
- Engage families and educators in the therapeutic process
- Attend relevant meetings, either virtually or on-site
