Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is a plus
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and direct therapy services to students
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents on individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Design and implement evidence-based intervention strategies
• Document progress and make data-driven recommendations
• Serve as a proactive resource and advocate for students’ communication needs
