Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is a plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and direct therapy services to students
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents on individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Design and implement evidence-based intervention strategies
- Document progress and make data-driven recommendations
- Serve as a proactive resource and advocate for students’ communication needs
