Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Open to both SLP-CFY candidates and those with ASHA CCC
  • Experience in a school-based setting is preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Dedication to fostering student growth and development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students across various grade levels
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation and report student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and help craft educational plans
  • Provide guidance and support to students, families, and school staff regarding speech and language development
