In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive speech and language services to students across grade levels, collaborating closely with educators, families, and other support professionals to foster student success throughout the new school year.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP license or eligibility for state licensure
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY considered
  • School-based or pediatric experience is a plus, with openness to support emerging professionals
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic, multicultural environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for K-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals
  • Provide direct interventions, both individual and group, targeting communication, articulation, fluency, and social language skills
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, administrators, and parents to maximize each student's educational experience
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Participate in student support meetings and professional development activities
