Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state license for Illinois (or eligibility in process)
- SLP - CCC or SLP - CFY credential required
- Experience working in school or healthcare settings with young children (Early Childhood focus preferred)
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
- Passion for delivering onsite services; must be present in person (no SLPAs or remote work accepted)
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct assessment and therapy to early childhood students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with educators and families to support speech/language development
- Maintain accurate documentation of progress and services delivered
