Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state license for Illinois (or eligibility in process)
• SLP - CCC or SLP - CFY credential required
• Experience working in school or healthcare settings with young children (Early Childhood focus preferred)
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities
• Passion for delivering onsite services; must be present in person (no SLPAs or remote work accepted)

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct assessment and therapy to early childhood students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with educators and families to support speech/language development
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and services delivered
