Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Active Utah SLP (CCC) license
  • Background working with school-age populations (K–12); prior school-based experience is a plus
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Commitment to maintaining professional standards and promoting student progress

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services according to students’ IEPs
  • Conduct timely assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Track progress, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with all district and state requirements
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and ongoing team discussions
  • Adapt evidence-based interventions to meet diverse student needs
