In this role, you'll utilize your skills to support students’ communication development and be a vital member of an interdisciplinary team that values collaboration and family engagement.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose speech and language disorders in students.
  • Design and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual goals.
  • Lead therapy sessions focused on improving speech, language, and communication skills.
  • Track, monitor, and maintain precise documentation of student progress.
  • Collaborate closely with an experienced, multidisciplinary team for coordinated student care.
  • Involve and educate families to enhance the therapeutic process and student success.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged children preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Must meet all state board requirements for licensure.
