This full-time, contract opportunity allows you to work closely with 5th and 6th graders in a single, well-resourced school building. Collaborate with a dedicated educational team while helping students develop confidence and communication skills essential for academic and personal success.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Completion of a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status welcomed
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, especially in educational environments
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to individualized, evidence-based therapeutic approaches

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy services to 5th and 6th grade students, tailoring plans to individual student needs
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families
  • Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and legal standards
  • Serve as a communicative bridge between students, families, and team members regarding student growth
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary support plans
  • Support staff training and consult on best practices for speech and language development in the classroom
