Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure prior to the start date
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome
- Experience with school-aged pediatric populations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to provide services on-site within the school environment
Responsibilities:
- Deliver both direct and indirect speech-language services according to student IEPs
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Accurately document progress and maintain timely compliance with all reporting requirements
- Support students’ academic and social success through targeted interventions
