Key Qualifications:

  • Valid licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) in the state of Maine
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children, including IEP development and implementation
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration abilities

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized goals, and deliver therapeutic interventions for students with speech, language, and communication challenges

  • Prepare progress reports, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Integrate evidence-based practices into therapy sessions and adapt materials as needed
