We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team and help students develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for success in school and daily life. Responsibilities
Evaluate students' physical, developmental, sensory, and cognitive abilities.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve independence and functional performance.
Support students with fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor, self-care, and school-related skills.
Collaborate with teachers, families, special education staff, and other related service providers.
Maintain accurate documentation, evaluations, and progress reports.
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications
Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Current California Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary school team.
School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
