Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
  • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with students, teachers, and families
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and continued professional growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
  • Develop, implement, and review individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and other therapists
  • Participate in parent meetings, staff conferences, and ongoing professional development
  • Maintain detailed and timely documentation of services, progress, and assessments
