Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Southaven, MS

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current MS state SLP license (or eligibility)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; will consider strong Clinical Fellows (CF)
• Previous experience in school settings ideal, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Understanding of IEP process and effective documentation practices
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language services to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Administer assessments and interpret evaluation results
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans centered on student goals
• Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Consult with teachers, families, and related service personnel to support student needs
• Offer evidence-based interventions tailored to each student
