A rewarding opportunity is available for a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students during a 12-week maternity leave coverage. This full-time contract role begins in November and extends through February, providing essential speech and language services in an engaging school-based environment near Southfield, MI.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current SLP, CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
- Valid Michigan state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Prior experience working in a school-based setting preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and direct therapy services to students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans and IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting on student progress
- Contribute to professional meetings, IEP reviews, and parent conferences
- Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for all students
