Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior experience in school-based settings or with elementary-aged students is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for elementary students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) according to student needs
• Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy services within the school environment
• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation of interventions, progress, and communications with staff and families
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and other support professionals to promote student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the multidisciplinary team
