In this position, you'll work with an average caseload of 45-50 students, providing both direct and consultative speech and language services. Full-time hours (37.5 per week) guarantee a predictable schedule, with the flexibility to utilize your skills in both in-person and teletherapy contexts. Whether you hold your CCC or are a Clinical Fellow (CFY), this supportive team environment will help you further develop your clinical skills while positively impacting children’s progress.

Qualifications & Experience Desired:

  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or eligible CFY)
  • Experience in a school or pediatric healthcare setting preferred
  • Comfortable managing caseloads of 45-50 students
  • Skilled in planning and delivering therapy, as well as maintaining compliance documentation
  • Familiarity or experience with teletherapy platforms is a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Dedication to supporting students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver individual/group therapy
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Deliver both on-site and teletherapy interventions as needed
  • Track student progress and document outcomes in accordance with school protocols
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert consultation to staff and families
