Step into a rewarding contract opportunity providing speech-language pathology services in a supportive elementary school environment. This position is ideal for SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY professionals passionate about working with pediatric populations and a variety of student needs. Your expertise will make a meaningful impact throughout an FMLA leave coverage, with a start date in late August and an end date just before the winter break.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligible state licensure for SLP
- SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) applicants encouraged
- Previous experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred
- Comfortable delivering teletherapy and onsite services
- Familiarity with AAC devices and techniques for articulation/language support
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to elementary-aged students
- Serve a caseload of approximately 45-50 students with diverse needs
- Assess, develop, and implement IEP goals related to articulation and language skills
- Integrate AAC strategies to promote communication access for all students
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support holistic student progress
- Maintain detailed session notes and assist with required documentation for compliance
This is a full-time assignment, 37.5 hours per week, extending from August 24, 2026 through December 18, 2026. You’ll have the chance to work with a dedicated team, advancing academic and social success for students in an inclusive setting.
