Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current state licensure as an SLP (CCC required)
  • Recent experience working in a school environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with teachers, staff, and families
  • Only on-site SLPs will be considered; virtual, SLPA, or Voco candidates will not be accepted

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students across various age groups
  • Conduct assessments, write reports, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
  • Participate in meetings and case conferences as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Document services in accordance with district and state requirements
  • Employ evidence-based practices and maintain flexibility in managing a diverse student caseload
