Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license in the state of Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) considered
- Previous experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage a caseload independently and work as part of a multidisciplinary team
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and diagnostic services to students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with other educators and families
- Document and track student progress while meeting district and regulatory requirements
- Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to support each child’s academic and social success
- Participate in team meetings, IEP conferences, and professional development opportunities
- Maintain up-to-date records and adhere to confidentiality standards
