Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure as an SLP (CCC required)
- Recent experience working in a school environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with teachers, staff, and families
- Only on-site SLPs will be considered; virtual, SLPA, or Voco candidates will not be accepted
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students across various age groups
- Conduct assessments, write reports, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
- Participate in meetings and case conferences as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Document services in accordance with district and state requirements
- Employ evidence-based practices and maintain flexibility in managing a diverse student caseload
