Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP license in the state of Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) considered
  • Previous experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently and work as part of a multidisciplinary team

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy and diagnostic services to students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with other educators and families
  • Document and track student progress while meeting district and regulatory requirements
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to support each child’s academic and social success
  • Participate in team meetings, IEP conferences, and professional development opportunities
  • Maintain up-to-date records and adhere to confidentiality standards
