Travel School Speech and Language Pathologist | Sparks, Nevada

A position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve the needs of school-aged children. This role involves providing speech and language therapy services within educational settings, supporting students in achieving their communication goals.

Location: Sparks, NV
Work Environment: School settings with some travel required

Responsibilities include:

• Assessing students' speech and language skills to identify areas for improvement
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Monitoring and documenting student progress and adjusting therapies as needed
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working with school-aged children in educational environments
• Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and maintain accurate records
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to travel between school sites as required
