Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active Wisconsin SLP license or eligibility to obtain
- Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience or strong interest in working within a school-based setting, supporting K-12 students
- Effective communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Dedicated to fostering a supportive, inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students across grade levels
- Write and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educational staff and families
- Maintain timely documentation and progress monitoring in accordance with district policies
- Provide direct and consultative services to students, teachers, and families
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school-based activities to promote student success
