School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Spartanburg, South Carolina

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP (CF or CCC)
• Strong clinical skills, with experience in educational or pediatric settings preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Passion for working in schools and a commitment to student success

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain clear, detailed documentation and progress notes in accordance with school and district guidelines
• Provide consultative support to teachers, staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere for learners of all abilities
