Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Spartanburg, SC

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current CCC-SLP certification required.
• Experience providing pediatric speech and language therapy, especially in school settings.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities.
• Familiarity with IEP processes and educational best practices for special populations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted speech and language therapy to students with varied communication challenges.
• Complete comprehensive screenings and evaluations to identify students’ needs.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans in close partnership with teachers and families.
• Track progress and maintain thorough, compliant records in line with relevant regulations.
• Foster a positive, inclusive school environment for all learners.
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, helping shape student goals and interventions.
• Manage a caseload efficiently while ensuring high-quality, student-centered care.
