Qualifications:

  • Current professional certification
  • Experience working in schools, particularly at the elementary, middle, and high school levels
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to support ongoing student development
  • Provide direct therapy services, both individual and group-based
  • Maintain comprehensive progress records and complete mandated documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise for student planning
  • Engage families and caregivers in their child’s therapy process
