Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Spencer, IN

Qualifications and desired experience:

• Active state licensure or eligibility for SLP or SLPA roles
• Experience with pediatric and school-based speech-language caseloads
• Comfortable working in healthcare and educational environments
• Prior background with teletherapy services is a bonus
• Open to new graduates completing their CFY as well as experienced clinicians
• Collaborative, adaptable, and committed to student success

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct speech-language assessments and deliver individualized therapy plans
• Provide direct and/or teletherapy services to students from various age groups
• Maintain accurate documentation and report progress to educators and families
• Collaborate closely with school staff, teachers, and parents for integrated student support
• Supervise and support SLPA staff if applicable
• Help foster a supportive, communicative classroom and school environment
