This full-time, contract opportunity supports children ages 3 through 1st grade, providing a rewarding experience for speech-language professionals passionate about making a difference.
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid state license/certification in Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY accepted; SLPA candidates with relevant school or healthcare experience are encouraged to apply
- Experience or strong interest in peds, early intervention, and school-based services
- Teletherapy background is highly valued and supported
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multi-disciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Adaptability working with diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based interventions for students ages 3 through 1st grade
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s strengths and needs
- Consult and collaborate with educators and families to support classroom and home-based learning strategies
- Maintain thorough progress documentation in compliance with applicable guidelines and timelines
- Offer direct and consultative services, including virtual/teletherapy as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student support discussions
