What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid state license/certification in Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY accepted; SLPA candidates with relevant school or healthcare experience are encouraged to apply
  • Experience or strong interest in peds, early intervention, and school-based services
  • Teletherapy background is highly valued and supported
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Adaptability working with diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based interventions for students ages 3 through 1st grade
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s strengths and needs
  • Consult and collaborate with educators and families to support classroom and home-based learning strategies
  • Maintain thorough progress documentation in compliance with applicable guidelines and timelines
  • Offer direct and consultative services, including virtual/teletherapy as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student support discussions
