This contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) role, based near Spokane, WA, offers a collaborative and rewarding environment to advance your clinical skills. You'll provide essential speech and language services, working closely with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students presenting with speech and language challenges
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
  • Deliver targeted therapy sessions to help students achieve their communication goals
  • Monitor and accurately document progress, adjusting interventions as needed
  • Work closely with teachers, counselors, and staff to promote coordinated care
  • Involve and educate families throughout the therapy process to support carryover of skills

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active or eligibility for state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants considered
  • Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations highly desirable
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and team collaboration skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Must have or obtain state board approval as required
