Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Washington SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates considered
- Previous experience with school-aged children, including IEP participation
- Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students, interpreting results and making recommendations
- Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation aligned with local and state requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ goals
- Contribute to IEP development and attend meetings as required
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services to assigned caseload
- Promote a positive, inclusive environment where all students can thrive
