School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Spokane, Washington

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Washington SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates considered
• Previous experience with school-aged children, including IEP participation
• Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments for students, interpreting results and making recommendations
• Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation aligned with local and state requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ goals
• Contribute to IEP development and attend meetings as required
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services to assigned caseload
• Promote a positive, inclusive environment where all students can thrive
