Preferred background and experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state SLP licensure or eligibility
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
  • School-based SLP experience is advantageous, though not required
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload across K-12, with flexibility for grade-level preferences
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to collaborative intervention with teachers, staff, and families

Primary responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans tailored to individual students
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing documentation and compliance
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff to foster student success
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with district and regulatory requirements
  • Provide support, guidance, and resources to families as needed
