Preferred background and experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state SLP licensure or eligibility
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
- School-based SLP experience is advantageous, though not required
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload across K-12, with flexibility for grade-level preferences
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to collaborative intervention with teachers, staff, and families
Primary responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans tailored to individual students
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing documentation and compliance
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to foster student success
- Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with district and regulatory requirements
- Provide support, guidance, and resources to families as needed
