Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license (Virginia)
  • SLP-CCC preferred; Clinical Fellows considered
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based settings
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and fellow support staff

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect SLP services for K-12 students
  • Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and parents to support student success
  • Document services and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and professional development as needed
