Preferred experience and skills:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (Virginia)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF)
• Prior school-based or pediatric SLP experience preferred, though motivated CFs are encouraged to apply
• Comfortable managing K-12 caseloads; open to discussing grade-level preferences to best align candidate expertise
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere

Key responsibilities:

• Delivering comprehensive SLP services to students across K-12 settings (caseload specifics considered)
• Conducting evaluations, developing individualized education plans (IEPs), and setting communication goals

• Maintaining documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
