Make a meaningful impact in the lives of elementary students as a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist working with a friendly and supportive school community. This contract opportunity focuses on delivering services to a K-6 caseload of 25-30 students—including many speech-only cases and a few with dual diagnoses—across two days per week. Your work will help students find their voices and reach important milestones in communication and learning.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) and PA State License
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (required for bilingual support)
  • Experience addressing executive functioning, social learning, and selective mutism is highly valued
  • Familiarity with IEPWriter and Synergy platforms preferred
  • Previous school-based SLP experience is an asset

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and small group speech/language therapy to K-6 students
  • Assess, diagnose, and document speech/language concerns, maintaining thorough records
  • Develop and implement effective, evidence-based IEPs, collaborating with families and staff
  • Support students with diverse communication needs, including dual diagnosis and speech-only cases
  • Liaise with teachers and school teams to promote optimal communication access in the classroom
  • Utilize progress monitoring tools to inform instruction and report student growth

Role Details and Structure:

  • Contract position aligned with the 2026-2027 school year
  • Manage a caseload of 25-30 students in a well-resourced setting
  • Workdays: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8 AM to 3:30 PM (instruction from 8:30 AM – 3 PM)
