Qualifications & Preferred Background:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) in speech-language pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates considered
  • Experience in school-based and/or pediatric settings strongly desired
  • Skillful in assessment, intervention planning, and personalized therapy
  • Collaborative spirit to work well with teachers, families, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students’ speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students from diverse backgrounds
  • Maintain detailed documentation and timely progress reporting
  • Work closely with classroom teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing student support
