Qualifications & Preferred Background:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) in speech-language pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates considered
- Experience in school-based and/or pediatric settings strongly desired
- Skillful in assessment, intervention planning, and personalized therapy
- Collaborative spirit to work well with teachers, families, and support staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students from diverse backgrounds
- Maintain detailed documentation and timely progress reporting
- Work closely with classroom teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing student support
