What we're looking for:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active SLP license, meeting state requirements
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Prior experience in a school setting strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Adaptability to varying student needs and schedules

Key responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student goals
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of progress and services
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide support and resources to educators and families
