What we're looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license, meeting state requirements
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Prior experience in a school setting strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Adaptability to varying student needs and schedules
Key responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student goals
- Maintain accurate and timely records of progress and services
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Provide support and resources to educators and families
