  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, clinical fellows considered
  • Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus
  • Proficiency in conducting evaluations, developing IEPs, and delivering both individual and group therapy
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with educators and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose communication disorders among school-aged students
  • Develop and implement targeted therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to optimize treatment outcomes
  • Document progress according to district policies and maintain thorough records
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations for student support
  • Educate school staff and families on communication strategies and intervention best practices
