In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with educators, families, and related service professionals to deliver vital communication interventions, including individualized support.

Qualifications & Credentials:

  • Active SLP license and state certification
  • Experience across diverse school settings (elementary, middle, and high school)
  • Strong skills in both individual (1:1) and group therapy
  • Ability to develop and implement IEP goals and document progress
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability to serve students with a range of needs and backgrounds
  • Familiarity with educational platforms and district compliance practices is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs
  • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct therapy to students both individually and in small groups
  • Collaborate with teachers and families to maximize student progress
  • Document services, maintain records, and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Provide strategies and resources to support generalization of communication skills in academic settings
  • Stay current on best practices and continuing education within the field
