Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Spring, Texas

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active Texas licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Background in school settings or pediatrics is advantageous
• Comfort with AAC devices and a strong understanding of IEP processes
• Experience in teletherapy is a plus
• SLPA supervision experience welcomed, but not required

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments in speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, SLPAs, OTs, and PTs to promote student progress
• Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation of evaluations and therapy sessions
• Monitor and report on student outcomes to ensure ongoing progress
