Desired qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active Texas licensure or eligibility for licensure
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices
• Solid understanding of IEPs and the special education process
• Previous school-based experience is an advantage
• Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Key responsibilities:
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Design and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, SLPAs, and multidisciplinary team members
• Provide both onsite and teletherapy services, as needed
• Maintain thorough and accurate records of student progress and documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and support the goals of the wider special education team
• Educate stakeholders on communication disorders and appropriate interventions
