A healthcare facility in Spring, TX is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to provide comprehensive speech and language services. This contract position offers the opportunity to work full-time or part-time, primarily on-site, serving pediatric and school-based populations with a variety of communication needs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active Texas licensure or eligibility for licensure
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience with AAC devices and knowledge of IEP processes
  • Previous school setting experience is a strong plus
  • Skills in teletherapy, pediatrics, conventional healthcare, and school-based roles, including CFY and SLPA collaboration

Responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating and diagnosing speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals
  • Collaborating closely with caregivers, families, and multidisciplinary teams including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathology assistants
  • Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatments as needed
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation and patient records
