Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Spring, TX

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Eligible for or holding active Texas licensure
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Prior experience within schools is advantageous
• Familiarity with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices
• Solid understanding of IEP processes and compliance
• SLP-CCC, Clinical Fellows (CFY candidates), and SLPA candidates with pediatric or healthcare backgrounds are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations for speech, language, communication, and swallowing challenges
• Create and execute individualized intervention plans tailored to student goals
• Work closely with families, caregivers, and an interdisciplinary team including OTs, PTs, and SLPAs
• Track, document, and report student progress with clarity and accuracy
• Support students’ access to curriculum and overall success in the school setting
