Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Spring, Texas

Qualifications we’re seeking:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current Texas licensure or eligibility to obtain
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) highly preferred
• Previous experience in school settings is valued
• Proficient with AAC devices and technology
• Solid understanding of IEP processes and documentation

Key responsibilities you can expect:

• Assess and diagnose students’ speech, language, communication, and swallowing needs
• Design and execute individualized treatment plans based on evaluations
• Work closely with caregivers, interdisciplinary teams—including other SLPs, SLPAs, PTs, and OTs—to ensure a coordinated care approach
• Track and report progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans
• Keep thorough and up-to-date records in compliance with school and state guidelines
