Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active Texas licensure (or eligibility in process)
  • ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred
  • Familiarity with educational settings or experience in schools
  • AAC device experience beneficial
  • Proficiency with IEP case management and implementation

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct evaluations for speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Design and deliver individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Communicate regularly with families, caregivers, and fellow therapists (including PT, OT, SLPAs)
  • Track student progress and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation
