Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Spring, Texas

Needed Skills & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active Texas licensure or eligibility for licensure
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Familiarity with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices
• Knowledge of writing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Experience in school settings and/or pediatric populations is a plus

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
• Design and implement tailored treatment interventions to support each child’s communication and learning goals
• Collaborate daily with families, caregivers, and a supportive team of SLPAs, OTs, and PTs
• Maintain detailed records and provide regular updates on student progress
• Ensure compliance with all relevant school and state documentation requirements
